You can see a small explosion in 3:01 and 4:20. This is caused by airs compressing rapidly in a closed space. condensing heat in a small area leading to explosion.

3D printed Suppressor endurance test

SIG Sauer tested how far a 3D printed suppressor can endure. The gun used was MK48, with 600 rounds. The advantage of 3D printing is that it can make more interesting geometry.

Texas Open carry bill passes

Texans finally got the Open Carry bill passed in both the House and the Senate, and Gov. Abbott is expected to sign it.

Tennessee governor signs bill for lifetime carry permits

Gov. Bill Haslam signed SB 0700/HB 0745 which gives CCW permit holder option of having a lifetime permit for $500. Currently, renewal fee is $50 for every five years, with $115 for the first 5 years. Quick calculation says that it takes about 40 years to make the lifetime permit to become less costly.

This law goes in to effect on July 1st.
