Firearm news from USACOM sniper competition

A few interesting tid bits came out today from Soldier Systems

1. USSOCOM adopts 6.5 Creedmoor
Military has been looking at calibers that would enhance shooting and there were several candidates. USSOCOM ran its own evaluation and decided on 6.5 Creedmoor over 260 Remington. Both performed just about the same but 6.5 CM had more room for various loads.

2. Knight's Armaments LMG has been updated. This was one of two guns used to evaluate Intermediate Caliber.
