Forbes has an article on the first entirely 3D-printed gun. Due to US regulations, there are some amount of steel, but this gun was printed from a 3D-printer. It has interchangable barrels for different calibers. Think of Liberator pistol.
What's amazing is that the plastic parts are all made of ABS plastic.
